二人の日本人作曲家、武満徹と細川俊夫による、歌とギターのための作品集。直接的に身体的とも言える歌の可能性も追求していた武満に対し、東洋の文化を背景とする作曲家の創造の可能性を追求する細川。二人の歌に対する大きく異なるアプローチを、大橋と谷辺が真摯に解き明かす。




大橋多美子（メゾソプラノ）

名古屋市出身。フェリス女学院短期大学音楽科声楽科卒業。これまでに声楽を、水谷俊二、加藤典子、三宅春惠、発声を木下武久、飯田純子の各氏に師事。
1990年度愛知県芸術文化選奨文化賞。2010年度名古屋音楽ペンクラブ賞を受賞。
地元名古屋を中心に活動。1977年にオペラ「魔笛」(第２侍女)でオペラ初舞台。同年J.S.バッハのカンタータ、團伊玖磨、シューマンの歌曲のプログラムで初リサイタルを開催。その後「コシ・ファン・トゥッテ」、「蝶々夫人」、「ちゃんちき」、「カルメル会修道女の対話」ほか数多くのオペラやコンサートに出演を重ねつつ、リサイタルも積極的に開催し現在に至る。また1987年にはモンテヴェルディをはじめルネサンスやバロックの音楽を古楽器と共演する「アーベント・ムジーケン」を立ち上げる。そのほかバッハ「ロ短調ミサ」「ヨハネ受難曲」、ヘンデル「メサイヤ」、モーツァルト「レクイエム」「戴冠ミサ」などの宗教曲やベートーヴェン「交響曲第9番」、マーラー「交響曲第8番(千人の交響曲)」等々のソリストとしても活躍。愛知教育大学、名古屋芸術大学にて非常勤講師を、名古屋二期会にて理事を務め後進の指導にも携わる。現在はフリーで音楽活動をしている。CD「夢のあとに・近代フランス歌曲選集」、「朝(あした)に・R.シュトラウス歌曲集」「もうすぐ春～折節の歌・日本の歌選集」がリリースされている。2021年現在、愛知芸術文化協会、日本演奏連盟各会員。東海バロックプロジェクトメンバー。「アーベント・ムジーケン」主宰。

谷辺昌央（ギター）

名古屋市生まれ。７歳から父のもとでギターを始める。その後、酒井康雄、鎌田慶昭に師事。東京大学文学部卒業後渡独、1999年よりケルン音楽大学にてＲ.アウセルに師事し、首席卒業。カールスルーエ音楽大学にてＡ.フォン･ヴァンゲンハイムに師事し国家演奏家資格を取得。
学生ギターコンクール第1位、GLC最優秀賞、クラシカルギターコンクール第1位、東京国際ギターコンクール最高位、ゲーベルスベルク国際ギターコンクール 第1位、 ホセ･トーマス国際ギターコンクール最高位、ノルバ･カエサリーナ国際ギターコンクール第1位、ジョアン･ファレッタ国際ギターコンチェルトコンクール第２位、聴衆特別賞など、多数のコンクールで入賞。
2005年ケネディーセンターでのアメリカデビュー、ニューヨークにおけるバッファロー･フィルハーモニーとの共演（全米およびEU全域にラジオ中継）を皮切りに欧米のオーケストラと多数共演。南米ツアーにおいては、ブラジルで日系移民100周年記念事業の一環として、林光のギター協奏曲「北の帆船」を南米初演。東京と名古屋で毎年リサイタルを開催するなど活発に演奏活動を行っている。ＮＨＫ名曲リサイタル出演。2016年武満徹音楽祭in福岡では武満徹没後20周年記念リサイタル開催。
ALM RECORDSより「アセントゥアード」、「すべての人のための祈り〜ラテン・フォルクローレの煌めき〜」、「ロッシニアーナ〜ギターで聴くオペラの世界」をリリース。いずれもレコード芸術特選盤、読売新聞サウンズボックス特選盤など各方面より高い評価を得る。2015年ドイツMDGレーベルより「Japanese Guitar Concertos」(武満徹、細川俊夫、林光のギター協奏曲集)を世界同時リリース。名古屋音楽ペンクラブ賞、第31回名古屋市文化振興事業団芸術創造賞受賞。

Tamiko Ohashi mezzo-soprano

Nagoya native Tamiko Ohashi graduated from the College of Music (Vocal Music Department) at the Ferris Women's Junior College.
She mainly works in the Nagoya area. In 1977 she made her opera debut in The Magic Flute, took part in a performance of a Bach cantata and gave a recital of songs by Ikuma Dan and Schumann. Since then she has combined an active recital career with performances in concerts and operas such as Così Fan Tutte, Madama Butterfly, Chanchiki and Dialogues des carmélites. In 1987 she launched a series of ‘Abendmusiken’ concerts devoted to historical instrument performances of Monteverdi and other Renaissence and Baroque composers. She has appeared as soloist in religious works such as the Bach’s Mass in B Minor and Saint John Passion, Handel’s Messiah and Mozart’s Requiem and Coronation Mass, in addition to symphonic works such as Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Mahler’s Eighth Symphony (the “Symphony of a Thousand”) et al. She is also involved in teaching, as a part-time lecturer at Aichi University of Education and at Nagoya University of the Arts, and as a director at Nagoya Nikikai. At present she is a freelance musician. She has released three CDs: ‘Après un rêve’, ‘Morgen – Richard Strauss’ and ‘It will be spring soon – songs for the season: a collection of Japanese songs’. At present she is a member of Aichi Art and Culture Network and the Japan Federation of Musicians, and is the director of the ‘Abendmusiken’ concert series.


Masao Tanibe guitar

Nagoya native Masao Tanibe began studying the guitar with his father when he was 7 years old, and went on to study with Yasuo Sakai and Yoshiaki Kamata. He moved to Germany after graduating from the Faculty of Literature at Tokyo University and began studies with Roberto Aussel at the Hochschule für Musik Köln, from which he graduated with first class honors. He was awarded a Konzertexamen (performer’s diploma) after studying with Andreas von Wangenheim in Karlsruhe.
He has won numerous competitions and awards, such as first prize in the Student Guitar Competition, the GLC Award, first prize in the Classical Guitar Competition, the top prize in the Tokyo International Guitar Competition, first prize in the Gevelsberg International Guitar Competition, second prize and the audience favorite award in the JoAnn Falletta International Guitar Concerto Competition.
Since his American debut at the Kennedy Center and his collaboration with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra (which was broadcast live on radio all over the U.S. and Europe) he has performed with numerous European and American orchestras. While on tour in South America he gave the Brazilian premiere of Hikaru Hayashi’s Guitar Concerto, ‘Northern Sail’ as part of a project celebrating the 100th anniversary of Japanese immigration. He enjoys an active performing career, giving annual recitals in both Tokyo and Nagoya. He has also appeared on the NHK radio program ‘Meikyoku Recital’, and he gave a recital at the 2016 Toru Takemitsu Music Festival in Fukuoka to mark the twentieth anniversary of the death of the composer.
He has released three albums on the ALM Records label: ‘Acentuado’, ‘Oración para todos – guitar music of Latin America’ and ‘Rossiniana – Opera on Guitar’, all of which were selected as Record Geijutsu ‘tokusenban’ (editor’s choice) and Yomiuri Shimbun Sound Box ‘tokusenban’, and highly praised from all quarters. In 2015 a ‘Japanese Guitar Concertos’ CD (concertos by Toru Takemitsu, Toshio Hosokawa and Hikaru Hayashi) was simultaneously released all over the world on the MDG label. He was awarded the Nagoya music PEN club award (2013) and the 31st Creative Arts Award from Nagoya City Cultural Promotion Agency (2015).
