フォルテピアノ：J.B.シュトライヒャー制作（1845年 ウィーン）

シューマン夫妻が多くのピアノ作品を書いた当時のフォルテピアノ、1845年のJ.B.シュトライヒャーを使用した演奏。フォルテピアノによるシューマンの演奏はまだ決して多くはなく、本格的な楽曲に関してはまだほとんど録音がないと言ってよいだろう。この録音を聴けば、シューマン夫妻の音楽が、豊かな温かさを持つ強奏や繊細きわまりない最弱音などの特性を持つ当時のウィーンの楽器からいかに発想されているかが明らかになるであろう。「作曲家が書き残したダイナミクスや表情記号に関しても、楽器を通じてその必然性がわかる」という小倉。音楽に真摯な姿勢から生まれ出る新鮮な世界。

　東京藝術大学を経て同大学大学院ピアノ科修了。アムステルダム音楽院を特別栄誉賞”Cum Laude”を得て首席卒業。1988年第3回日本モーツァルト音楽コンクール、ピアノ部門第1位。1993年ブルージュ国際古楽コンクール、アンサンブル部門第1位。1995年には同コンクール、フォルテピアノ部門で9年ぶり史上3人目の第1位と聴衆賞を受賞し話題を呼んだ。『音楽の玉手箱』や『ベートーヴェンをめぐる女性たち』、『モーツァルトの生きた時代』『モーツァルトのクラヴィーアのある部屋』などのユニークなコンサートシリーズを展開する一方、ソロ、室内楽、協奏曲などバロックから近現代まで幅広いレパートリーで活躍。また各ホール主催演奏会や音楽祭、ラジオ、TVの出演や録音も多い。浜松市楽器博物館でのレクチャーコンサートやコレクションシリーズでも高い評価を得ている。これまでにCDを40点以上リリース。それらの多くが読売新聞、朝日新聞、毎日新聞での推薦盤や「レコード芸術」誌の特選盤に選ばれている。CD《イギリス・ソナタ》は平成24年度文化庁芸術祭レコード部門〈大賞〉受賞。著書にカラー図解『ピアノの歴史（CD付き）』（河出書房新社）。校訂楽譜『ジュスティーニ：12のソナタ集　第1、2巻』（カワイ出版）。東京藝術大学古楽科非常勤講師。

Kikuko Ogura (fortepiano)
Kikuko Ogura studied piano at the Tokyo University of the Arts and its Graduate School. She further studied at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, graduating with “Cum Laude”. In 1988, she was awarded first prize at the Japan Mozart Piano Competition (piano category). In 1993, she won first prize for ensemble in the Bruges International Early Music Competition. Then in 1995, she was awarded first prize (and audience prize) in the fortepiano category of the Bruges competition as the third person in its history, after not being awarded for nine years.
Ogura has developed several unique concert series such as “The Musical Treasure Box”, “Beethoven and his Women”, “Mozart and his Era” and “Mozart’s Clavier Room”. She performs widely in solo recitals, chamber music and concertos in repertoire ranging from the baroque to twentieth-century music, and often appears in concert hall’s own series, music festivals, and on radio and television. Her lecture concerts and recordings using the instruments in the Hamamatsu Museum of Musical Instruments have been highly acclaimed.
She has made over 40 recordings, many of which have been highly recommended in Japanese major newspapers and have been chosen as the Best Disc in the Record Geijutsu Magazine. Her disc “English Sonata on Broadwood Piano” was awarded Grand Prize in the Record Category of the National Arts Festival 2012. She has also published a book “A History of the Piano” (Kawade Shobo Shinsha) and a critical edition of “Giustini: Twelve Sonatas” Volumes I and II (Edition Kawai). She currently teaches on the Early Music Course of the Tokyo University of the Arts.
