国内外で著名な指揮者と共演しオラトリオやオペラ公演で活躍する松原友が、世界的な名伴奏者でありドイツ・リートの師でもある小林道夫を迎え、自身のデビュー・リサイタル以来取り組み続けてきたシューベルトの歌曲を録音。リートに魅せられた二人による、音楽と文学の深い素養に裏打ちされた表現から、シューベルト歌曲の終わりなき愉悦を味わうことができる。小林道夫による曲目解説付。



松原友 (テノール)

東京藝術大学卒業、同大学院修了。ロームミュージックファンデーション、野村財団奨学生としてミュンヘン音楽大学大学院、ウィーン国立音楽大学を卒業。声楽を三林輝夫、竹村靖子、大森地塩、松本美和子、ヨーゼフ・ロイブル、ドイツリートを小林道夫、白井光子、ヘルムート・ドイチュ、チャールズ・スペンサー、オラトリオを畑儀文、ロマン・エミリウス、ゲルト・テュルクの各氏に師事。第51回全国学生音楽コンクール全国大会第1位。第13回日仏声楽コンクール第3位、第2 4回摂津音楽祭銅賞、第1 4回松方音楽賞、第81回・83回日本音楽コンクール第3位・岩谷賞(聴衆賞)、第71回文化庁芸術祭新人賞受賞。
これまでミュンヘン放送管弦楽団、新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団、読売日本交響楽団、大阪フィルハーモニー交響楽団、京都市交響楽団等のオーケストラと共演し、NHK名曲リサイタ、リサイタル・ノヴァ、ルールトリエンナーレ、シュトゥットガルト・バッハアカデミー、シューベルティアーデたんば、小澤征爾音楽塾、サイトウキネンフェスティバル、PMF音楽祭、トビリシ音楽祭に出演する。
ミュンヘン・プリンツレゲンテン劇場において、ラインハルト・カイザーのオペラ「フレデグンダ」ヘルメネギルト(NaxosよりCD発売)で出演。ウルフ・シルマー、準・メルクル、インゴ・メッツマッハー、ハルトムート・ヘンヒェン、小澤征爾、山田和樹他、国際的な指揮者と共演し、バッハ「ヨハネ受難曲」「マタイ受難曲」福音史家、ヘンデル「メサイア」、ハイドン「天地創造」、モーツァルト「レクイエム」、ベートーヴェン「第9交響曲」「ミサソレムニス」、メンデルスゾーン「讃歌」「エリア」、オルフ「カルミナ・ブラーナ」、B.A.ツィンマーマン「私は改めて、太陽の下に行われる虐げのすべてを見た」(日本初演)等、国内外で多くのオラトリオの公演に携わる。




小林道夫 (ピアノ)

1933年生まれ。東京都立小山台高校を経て、東京藝術大学音楽学部楽理科卒業。
ドイツのデトモルト音楽大学に留学し幅広く研鑚を積み、帰国後はチェンバロ、ピアノ、室内楽、指揮など多方面にわたり活躍し、特にJ.S.バッハ、モーツァルト、シューベルトの解釈及び演奏は高く評価されている。
伴奏者としての活躍は、世界的名伴奏者であったジェラルド・ムーアに比肩するとまで云われ、ディートリヒ・フィッシャー=ディースカウ、エルンスト・ヘフリガー、ヘルマン・プライ、アーリーン・オジェー、グンドラ・ヤノヴィッツ、オーレル・ニコレ、ジャン=ピエール・ランパル、ヨーゼフ・スーク、ピエール・フルニエ、モーリス・アンドレ他、数多くの世界的名演奏家と共演し、最も経験豊かな音楽家の一人と言えよう。
1956年毎日音楽賞新人奨励賞、1970年第1回鳥井音楽賞、1972年ザルツブルク国際音楽財団モーツァルト記念メダル、1979年モービル音楽賞をそれぞれ受賞している。
武庫川学院女子大学教授、国立音楽大学大学院教授、大阪芸術大学音楽学部大学院教授、東京藝術大学音楽学部大学院客員教授を歴任し、現在大分県立芸術文化短期大学客員教授。

Tomo Matsubara, tenor

Tomo Matsubara completed both under-graduate and graduate studies at Tokyo University of the Arts, after which he graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with the help of scholarships from the Rohm Music Foundation and the Nomura Foundation. He studied vocal music with Teruo Sanbayashi, Yasuko Takemura, Chishio Omori, Miwako Matsumoto and Josef Loibl, German lied with Michio Kobayashi, Mitsuko Shirai, Helmut Deutsch and Charles Spencer, and oratorio with Yoshifumi Hata, Roman Emilius and Gerd Türk. He won first prize at the 51st Student Music Concours of Japan, third prize at the 13th Japan-France Vocal Music Competition , a bronze medal at the 24th Settsu Music Festival, the 14th Matsukata Hall Music Award, third prize & Iwatani Award (Audience Award) at the 81st and 83rd Music Competition of Japan, and the young musician’s award at the 71st ACA National Arts Festival.
He has appeared with orchestras such as the Munich Radio Orchestra, the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra, he has given an NHK Meikyoku Recital and a Recital Nova, and in addition has appeared at the Ruhrtriennale (Essen, Germany), the Stuttgart Bach Academy, the Schubertiade Tamba, the Seiji Ozawa Music Academy, the Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto, the PMF (Pacific Music Festival), and the Autumn Tbilisi Music Festival.
He sang the role of Hermenegildo in the opera Fredegunda by Reinhard Keiser at the Prinzregententheater in Munich (released on CD by Naxos), and has worked with international conductors such as Ulf Schirmer, Jun Märkl, Ingo Metzmacher, Hartmut Haenchen, Seiji Ozawa and Kazuki Yamada. He has performed a wide range of oratorio works both in Japan and around the world, such as the role of Evangelist in the Saint John Passion and Saint Matthew Passion by J.S. Bach, Messiah by G.F Handel, Haydn’s Creation, Mozart’s Requiem, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony and Missa Solemnis, Lobgesang and Elijah by Mendelssohn. He also participated in the Japanese premiere of “Ich wandte mich und sah an alles Unrecht, das geschah unter der Sonne” by Bernd Alois Zimmermann.


Michio Kobayashi, piano

Born in 1933, Michio Kobayashi graduated from the Tokyo Metropolitan Koyamadai High School and went on to study musicology at the Tokyo University of the Arts.
He honed his skills during his time as a student at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, Germany, and after his return to Japan he developed an active career as a harpsichordist, pianist, chamber musician and conductor. His performances and interpretations of the works of J.S. Bach, Mozart and Schubert have been particularly highly praised.
As an accompanist he has been compared to the world famous Gerald Moore, having worked with numerous top-ranking artists such as Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Ernst Haefliger, Hermann Prey, Arleen Auger, Gundula Janowitz, Aurèle Nicolet, Jean-Pierre Rampal, Josef Suk, Pierre Fournier and Maurice André, making him one of the world’s most richly experienced musicians.
He won the Mainichi Music New Face Award in 1956, in 1970 he won the 1st Torii Music Award (now the Suntory Music Award), in 1972 he won Die Internationale Stiftung Mozarteum Commemorative Medal, and in 1979 he won the Mobil Music Award.
Over the years he has held professorships at Mukogawa Women's University and the Graduate School at Kunitachi College of Music and has worked as an Affiliated Professor at Osaka University of Arts and Tokyo University of the Arts. At present he is an Affiliated Professor at Oita Prefectural College of Arts and Culture.
