バッハ・コレギウム・ジャパンやパーセル・プロジェクトほか、さまざまな演奏団体で宗教音楽を中心に活躍する青木洋也と藤崎美苗による、デュエット＆ソロ集。パーセル作品（ブリテンによるリアライゼーション）を中心に、ソロ作品のほか、録音の少ないソプラノとカウンターテナーの組み合わせによるデュエットを収録した貴重な一枚。

青木洋也（カウンターテナー）
東京生まれ。ヴァイオリンを学ぶ傍ら、ボーイ・ソプラノとして東京少年少女合唱隊時代より活躍。東京藝術大学大学院で古楽演奏、エリザベト音楽大学大学院で宗教音楽学を学び、在学中より定期的に渡欧して研鑽を積む。宗教音楽を専門とし、J.S.バッハの《マタイ》《ヨハネ》の両受難曲や、多数のカンタータの独唱をつとめる。バッハ・コレギウム・ジャパンの主要メンバーとして国内外の公演・録音に参加し、2011年ブレーメン音楽祭、2012年ライプツィヒ・バッハ音楽祭および2015年ラ・フォルジュルネ・オ・ジャポンでの《マタイ受難曲》独唱で喝采を浴びた。2012年10月には文京シビックホールでのグルックの歌劇《オルフエウス》（森鴎外訳）のオルフエウス役で出演、大絶賛される。
合唱指揮者としても活躍もしており、音楽誌上で「隙のない音楽づくりと、そのナンバーにふさわしい情景描写の的確さ、声楽･器楽の見事なまとめ方は、彼の適応性とこれまでの経験の基盤がモノを言っている」など高く評価されている。

藤崎美苗（ソプラノ）
3歳からピアノを習い始める。岩手大学教育学部卒業、東京藝術大学音楽学部声楽科卒業、同大学院音楽学部独唱課程修了。声楽を佐々木まり子、佐々木正利、瀬山詠子、故朝倉蒼生、野々下由香里、ペーター・コーイ、マックス・ファン・エグモンドの各氏に師事する。第10回友愛ドイツ歌曲コンクールで、R.シューマンの作品を演奏して第２位に入賞。宗教音楽作品や歌曲を中心に活躍している。これまでにJ.S.バッハの作品、G.F.ヘンデル《メサイア》、F.J.ハイドン《天地創造》、W.A.モーツァルト《レクイエム》、F.メンデルスゾーン《エリア》などでソロを務めている。
また2002年よりバッハ・コレギウム・ジャパンの声楽メンバーとして、国内外のコンサートおよびレコーディングで演奏を続けている。ドイツ公演、J.S.バッハ《ミサ曲ロ短調》、《マニフィカト》や、東京公演《マタイ受難曲》、またF.メンデルスゾーンのプロジェクトでソリストとして出演した。
パーセル・プロジェクト、アンサンブル小瑠璃、コレギウム・ムジカーレ、各メンバー。自身の演奏活動のほか、多くの合唱団やアンサンブルで指揮・指導を行っている。


越知晴子（ピアノ）
京都市出身。京都市立芸術大学卒業。同大学院修了。ロームミュージックファンデーションから助成を受け渡独。ミュンヘン国立音楽大学大学院修了。同大学声楽科及び弦楽科講師を経て帰国。第7回ヨーゼフ・ズーダー国際歌曲コンクールにて最優秀伴奏者賞受賞。キッシンジャー・ソマー国際音楽祭、仙台クラシックフェスティバル、ロームミュージックフェスティバル等国内外の数多くの演奏会に出演。静岡国際オペラコンクール公式伴奏者、またベートーヴェン・ヴァイオリン・ソナタ全曲演奏会、 シャネル・ピグマリオン・デイズ室内楽シリーズなど室内楽の分野においても活躍する。バイエルンラジオ放送、NHK-FM、NHKテレビ番組「らららクラシック」「クラシック倶楽部」「クラシック音楽館」でも演奏する。
現在新国立劇場、滋賀県立びわこホール、関西二期会等で音楽スタッフを務め多くのオペラプロジェクトに関わる。京都市立芸術大学、神戸女学院大学非常勤講師。

Hiroya Aoki, countertenor
As a child, Tokyo-born Hiroya Aoki studied the violin and was a boy-soprano in the Little Singers of Tokyo. He has regularly toured Europe to great acclaim since he was a postgraduate student at Tokyo University of the Arts and a student of sacred music at Elisabeth University of Music Hiroshima. As a specialist in sacred music, he has sung solo parts in the Saint Matthew and Saint John Passions and numerous cantatas by J.S. Bach. He has participated in recordings and performances both in Japan and internationally as a principal member of Bach Collegium Japan – his performances in the 2011 Bremen Music Festival, the 2012 Leipzig Bach Festival and his Matthew Passion solo performance at the 2015 La Folle Journée au Japon were highly acclaimed, as was his appearance as Orpheus in the Mori Ōgai Japanese translation of Gluck’s Orpheus and Euridice which took place in Tokyo Civic Hall in October 2012.
Active as a choral conductor in recent years, his stature is well reflected in the following review: “His faultless music making, elegant scene depiction and superb handling of vocal and instrumental ensemble reflect his versatility and rich experience”.
He is director of music and choirmaster at the UCCJ Hijirigaoka Church. He is also the director of the Purcell Project.

Minae Fujisaki, soprano
Minae Fujisaki began learning the piano when she was three years old. After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Iwate University, she went on to complete ungraduate studies in vocal performance and graduate studies in solo singing at Tokyo University of the Arts. To date she has studied singing with Mariko Sasaki, Masatoshi Sasaki, Eiko Seyama, the late Tami Asakura, Yukari Nonosita, Peter Kooij and Max van Egmond. She won second prize for her performances of Schumann songs in the 10th Yuai German Song Competition. She concentrates on liturgical music and songs. To date she has appeared as a soloist in music by J.S. Bach, Handel (Messiah), Haydn (The Creation), Mozart (Requiem) and Mendelssohn (Elias), et al.
She has been a member of Bach Collegium Japan since 2002, taking part in concerts both in Japan and around the world, and in recordings. She participated in a performance of Bach’s Mass in B Minor and Magnificat in Germany, and a performance of the Saint Matthew Passion in Tokyo, and was a soloist in their Mendelssohn Project.
She is a member of the Purcell Project, Vocal Ensemble Coruri, and Collegium Musicale. In addition to her singing career, she conducts and teaches numerous choirs and ensembles.

Haruko Ochi, piano
Kyoto native Haruko Ochi completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Kyoto City University of Arts. She also completed graduate studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich thanks to a Rohm Music Foundation scholarship. Following further studies in vocal and string music teaching she returned to Japan. She won a special award for best accompaniment at the 7th Joseph Suder International Song Competition. She has given numerous performances both in Japan and internationally at venues such as Kissinger Sommer International Music Festival, Sendai Classic Festival, Rohm Music Festival et al. She is an official accompanist at the Shizuoka International Opera Competition and is also active in the field of chamber music, having performed all the Beethoven violin sonatas and participated in the Chanel Pygmalion Days chamber music series. Her performances have been broadcast on Bayerischer Rundfunk, NHK-FM, and on NHK television programs such as ‘Lalala Classic’, ‘Classic Club’ and ‘Classic Ongaku-Kan’.
At present she is a staff member at the New National Theatre Tokyo, Shiga Biwako Hall, and Kansai Nikikai where she is involved in a great many opera projects. She is a part time lecturer at Kyoto City University of Arts and Kobe College.
