大人気マリンバ奏者、吉岡孝悦と塩浜玲子によるマリンバ・デュオ「ウィングス」待望のファーストアルバム。「剣の舞」、「アイーダ」「美しく青きドナウ」から「チャールダーシュ」に至るまで、誰もが知っているオーケストラの名曲の数々が華麗なマリンバ連弾作品に生まれ変わる！単なる編曲モノ？いえいえ、これはすごい編曲です！指揮者の大友直人さん曰く「原曲のオーケストラ作品がまるでマリンバのオリジナル作品のように聴こえてくる」。演奏はもちろん折り紙つき。飛翔するウィングスの世界をとくとお楽しみあれ！


吉岡孝悦

マリンバ奏者。打楽器奏者。作曲家。7歳よりマリンバ、9歳より打楽器、10歳より作曲を始める。桐朋学園高等学校音楽科卒業。桐朋学園大学音楽学部卒業。ニューイングランド音楽院留学。マリンバを安倍圭子、打楽器を小林美隆、作曲を別宮貞雄、三善晃、平吉毅州の各氏に師事。アメリカ、ウクライナ、メキシコ、ブラジル、プエルトリコ、コロンビア、グァテマラ、台湾、中国、韓国、北朝鮮、タイ、トルコにて公演。日本フィルハーモニー、東京交響楽団、ウクライナフィルハーモニー、カルロスチャベス交響楽団とマリンバ協奏曲を協演。シンシナティ大学国際作曲コンクール優勝。PAS国際作曲コンクール優勝。村松賞受賞。文化庁芸術祭大賞受賞。

塩浜玲子

マリンバ奏者。打楽器奏者。6歳よりマリンバを始める。常盤木学園高等学校音楽科卒業。桐朋学園大学音楽学部卒業、同大学研究科修了。マリンバを草刈とも子、星律子、安倍圭子、打楽器を小林美隆、佐野恭一の各氏に師事。安倍圭子マリンバアンサンブル ジャパン、吉岡孝悦パーカッションアンサンブル、マリンバアンサンブル・ドロップス各団体のメンバーとしてベルギー、台湾、ドイツ、コロンビア、グァテマラ、韓国、スイス、メキシコ、タイ、アメリカ、ブラジル、トルコを公演。ぐる～ぷWood’s、パラディアム、デュオ フローラ、塩浜岡地のメンバーとして全国各地を公演。

Takayoshi Yoshioka
Marimba performer, percussionist and composer, Takayoshi Yoshioka started studying marimba at the age of seven, percussion at nine, and composition at ten. After graduation from the department of music of Toho Gakuen College, he furthered his studies at New England Conservatory. He studied marimba with Keiko Abe, percussion with Yoshitaka Kobayashi, and composition with Sadao Bekku, Akira Miyoshi and Takekuni Hirayoshi. He has played his own works in the U.S., Ukraine, Mexico, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Columbia, Guatemala, Taiwan, China, South Korea, North Korea, Thailand, Turkey etc. He has played marimba concertos with the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine, and Carlos Chávez Symphony Orchestra. Takayoshi won first prize at the Cincinnati University International Composition Competition and at the Percussive Arts Society Composition Competition. He was also awarded the Muramatsu Prize and the Grand Prize of Art Festival by Agency for Cultural Affairs.

Reiko Shiohama
Marimba performer and percusssionist, Reiko Shiohama began studying the marimba when she was six years old and went on to graduate from both under-graduate and graduate studies at the Department of Music at Toho Gakuen College. Reiko studied marimba with Tomoko Kusakari, Ritsuko Hoshi, Keiko Abe and percussion with Yoshitaka Kobayashi and Kyoichi Sano. She has performed in concerts in Belgium, Taiwan, Germany, Columbia, Guatemala, Korea, Switzerland, Mexico, Thailand, the U.S., Brazil and Turkey as a member of the Keiko Abe Marimba Ensemble Japan, the Takayoshi Yoshioka Percussion Ensemble and the Marimba Ensemble “Drops”. Reiko is also a member of Group Wood’s, Palladium, Duo Hermana, Duo Flora and ShiohamaOkachi, with whom she has given concerts all over Japan.
